Active Aging Week: Vegan Breakfast Cooking Class

Their have been so many fun activities this week, but unfortunately all good things must come to an end. To end the week of right, Marco Ren and Lilly Roberson led a vegan breakfast cooking class with plenty of tasty food. Ren and Roberson cooked and served Tofu Scramble and Tempeh Bacon along with some delicious chocolate chip and blueberry pancakes. The whole class showed how a vegan diet benefits the environment, animals, one's health, and so much more as well as how easy and tasty it can be. This week has been so fun and educational for residents, grandparents, and grandkids alike and we can't wait till next the next one.
